ORDERING AND PAYMENT

ORDERS: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 BUSINESS days after purchasing, excluding weekends, holidays, custom orders and wholesale orders. Most items are available for immediate shipping. Exclusive pieces from our line NIA VIOLET, may take up to 5 business days to ship out, depending on individual product availability. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day. 

PAYMENT: We currently accept any Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. 
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York. 

US SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Cost: $10 per order

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are issued tracking numbers, which usually takes 2-5 days to be delivered after the order has shipped.

Express Mail shipping is also available. Express orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed and generally takes 1 day to be delivered after the order has shipped.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

***NIA VIOLET reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free USPS shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $200. Use code FREESHIP at checkout.
